No wifi again!

I have woken up to no wifi connection again! This happens all too often with sky these days . Run diagnostics tests and it says connections are all ok - so why does this keep on happening? So frustrating 😠

@Leighj41 if the lights on your hub shows your service is down (see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start) and the service checker does not tell you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line ring Sky to report it.
