No Internet to sky box for 5 days

For 5 days my sky box has flagged that there is no Internet connection,my booster hub shows not connected,whist my main hub has all 3 lights showing.I have tried all the fixes suggested by still no connection,problem seems to be with the booster hub.My wife has altziemers dementia, I am 78 years old,so a techno dinosaur but am now thinking I should cancel all my subscriptions to add on apps as I am unable to download content that I am Paying for.What a shame that I can't speak to a human advisor rather than an algorithm.Not a happy sky customer...please help.@hondajazz0896
