No wifi Liverpool

WiFi randomly dropped out. Power light - green

Internet light - off

WiFi light - green 

Voice light - orange

 

Can somebody help because the app is telling me there are no known issues and everything is fine. Box has been reset, left off for 15 minutes, wires in and out. Nothing has worked.

@Kerry107  If the broadband test is not picking anything up, are you able to call Sky to report this fault?
