No wifi AGAIN!!
Happens most days test says there is good commenting but obviously not. Tv and all other Internet devices are unable to connect. So frustrating when its a service we have to pay for!

The first thing to do is check to see if there are any outages nearby via this link
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

'no outages in your area' doesn't mean your own individual circuit isn't out of action. It's intended to indicate that there's no known upstream fault affecting multiple households, but is worded very poorly.

I have same issue. No internet since 21st december then worked yesterday and no internet again with soonest engineer visit 11th January.
