Received a new puck no internet connection to tv phones tablets all working.

@Rowdy283  Your post has been moved from the Sky Go board as this isn;t a Sky Go app related issue.

 

In addition you mention you have a new puck  but no internet connection to other devices, a Stream, puck does not provide any wifi signals, are you confusing a puck with a broadband hub?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
