@Rebecca19771 You've posted in the broadband forum, If you have Sky Q broadband has no bearing on live TV and a no signal message is normally your TV message not a Sky Q/Sky+HD or Sky stream/Glass message.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
