No support for broadband issues

My broadband has been working intermittently for 2 months. Contacted sky for hub replacement but no answer. 

Internet is down again and no help is currently provided.

@Luchizzi  Have you actually spoken to anyone at Sky, what did they say when you called?   If you've not spoken to anyone they won't know you have an issue.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
