My broadband has been working intermittently for 2 months. Contacted sky for hub replacement but no answer.
Internet is down again and no help is currently provided.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Luchizzi Have you actually spoken to anyone at Sky, what did they say when you called? If you've not spoken to anyone they won't know you have an issue.
