Discussion topic: No sky connection to second sky box

My son has a TV with sky box in his bedroom but has been unable to get any sky channels especially sports which is why he has it! I've checked as much as I can, sky working downstairs so I'm wondering if the second box/router is not working, I'm not in any way technically minded so help needed please

@Son34 You've posted in the broadband forum which may not be the correct place, however you've not said with Sky TV boxes you have?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
