No signal

Keep having issues with wifi connection. Also been told your putting my monthly bill up witch I'm not happy about as have had constant issues with it being slow or no connection

What exactly is your issue?

The price increase is a normal yearly thing around March/April time. Almost all ISPs in the UK do it
