I've taken a day off from work today to wait for an engineer to arrive from open reach, i had a call yesterday to confirm appointment, between 1pm-6pm, I had a text a 3.50pm saying engineer had arrived on site and will arrive at my property shortly after working on the cabinet. 7pm arrived and still no engineer. Update still says engineer is on site. Mobile number provided but no response to calls or text messages. Called sky and said there is nothing they can do until openreach contact them which will be 3 business days so they'll get back to me a week today. I am new to sky and had high hopes. This is absolutely appalling service and to top it off they took payment out of my bank yesterday for services I don't have and waiting for that to be refunded. I'm livid. I have no Internet and no tv for at least another week. What is there I can do?

Openreach update Sky on such things overnight so as it's a Friday night that might be longer as Openreach don't work on individual faults at weekends.

They've got in touch. Engineer turned up but couldn't access through the gate, I don't have a gate. Next available installation date is 3rd March. Really not good enough
