What hub did you receive.?
Did you receive it due the old one no longer supported or due to an upgrade in speed?

If its a straight swap and you're still on the same broadband package then you should be able to plug the new one in right away

Find out moreAs @cookiemonsteruk has said this is just a straight swap so there is no activation date so you just need to plug it in and then setup your wireless devices again using the new network name and password key as supplied on the small card that came with it.
