No settings in MySkyApp

Got Sky Max today. I am getting no settings available in the app I just get service checker and bill but not the whole lot of available options that you can see on the sky help : https://www.sky.com/help/articles/change-wifi-max-hub-settings

 

Ive deleted the app and reinstalled it to no avail. Any help would be apprecitaed as this is quite ridiculouos that I'm not able to change SSID or password.

@rygrech  This process of seeing the settings in My Sky app can take up to 24 sometimes 48 hours to populate.

i'm seeing the exact same after being activated this morning.

 

strange that this is still an issue after seeing reports a year or so old, one of the first things I wanted to do was change to my existing SSID and password to get all my devices online

Amazing that did the trick, id tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app before but think the WPS button reset did it
