No power being received by Siro box

Hi our broadband has gone down completely. There are no lights on the Siro fibre box. I have tried turning it off and on again and tried other sockets.

I can't call them as its a premium number and virgin mobile won't let me call that number.

I believe 0818 is a non-geographic number charged at standard rates.

If a web search lands on a premium rate number claiming to Sky, that's a scam.
