customer service non existent....i got no phone or internet and sky say they can see no faults, therefore no engineer visit.
they will send new router in post and cross fingers it solves the problem.
I am disabled and rely on my phone and internet a lot.
but they dont care and wont give compensation, even though i am spending money for data on phone to create a hotspot
absolutely useless and i will be cancelling, am looking around for new provider today, cant be any worse can they.

Unfortunately that could mean the problem moves with you to another provider.
Check to see if there are any outages in your local area via this link https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If there isn't try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on screen instructions.
