Myself and my wife use webmail and we're unable to download any of our emails on WIFI, we switch to 5G and this works fine. I've spoken with my works IT Team and they have advised that this is a Sky issue, its becoming really frustrating...

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@irwin76 what hardware are you using as there are issues with iPhones and other Apple devices since ios18.2 rolled out which Apple are investigating. Otherwise do you have a white Sky hub and does your company useca vpn?

Hi,
I work in IT and totally aware of those issues but this is affecting, MAC OS, iOS and Android devices at our address.
I'm constantly having to reset my proxies on my Mac as they're being updated via the router. It's got to the point where we're missing emails, messages etc...
