No phone or internet for 1 week

Mom has had no internet or landline for a week. Cannot get through to speak to anyone with sky. Shes a disabled, elderly customer with no mobile. Shes missed telephone appointments and God forbid she had an accident and needed an ambulance. All I've been able to do is press 1 to get a text msg when sorted

@Patb2025  Are you able to login to your mothers Sky account to be able to run tests on her behalf to get an engineer to come out?

@Patb2025 Your mother should not be on a digital line, did you do the call from your landline or via mobile for her! Sky will not speak to you unless you are in the presence off your mother when you call, she will have to pass the security and then agree for you to speak on her behalf at that point onward! Always difficult when everything goes at the onetime!
