Just switched from BT to sky but can see no option for parental controls on the sky app to enable me to control individual device access.
All the help online advises me to use this non existent option and also in the router settings although there is a option for device controls it also prompts me to use parental controls in the my sky app.
Very annoying, can someone assist?

Parental controls are unlocked by the WiFi Max subscription supplement.

Thanks for the reply but not sure what you mean, I have a gigafast package, do you mean this does not have the option?

WiFi Max is an add-on set of services at an additional monthly cost.

Hi,
Yes I have that, with the deal it came at a discounted rate, gigafast and sky max.
It shows it in my bills and I can confirm when I follow the link yoh added all I see is a message telling me I already have it but there is no option, all I can see is shield and Mcafee

Can anyone answer this as to why my app does not show the parental control options despite having the requesite subscription?

Find out more@Dangalf the only people who can are Sky so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
