No ont power cable

Hi I have moved into a new property on Friday and there is no ont power cable. How do I get this? Thanks

@Pamela333 csll Sky snd they will,get Openreach to supply a replacement power supply but it may not arrive until,after your service is activated

Unfortuantely this is more common than people realise and usually happens when the prveious person living in the property took the cable with them. Please call Sky customer service and let them know, ideally send them a photo of the ONT too so they know which type you have. Hopefully then they can arrange for you to have a new power cable delivered to you, but I have heard of cases where Openreach are asked to visit.
