I down graded my internet package to social tariff one and was a problem someone was supposed to ring me yesterday and they didn't has my internet gone on to social tariff if not I will have to leave sky I am struggling with my payments
@Gail+louise The Forum is not sky CS, and if you really need to find out then it is a call to them as before, call backs from sky just may or may not happen and the agent you where dealing with if that was the case may even have tried once just no way off knowing.
