Re: No nothing
@Simmo7643
For a broadband issue, if you haven’t done it yet use this link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby.
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
This should determine if there's an identified fault perhaps affecting multiple households.
If there aren't any then try running the line test here
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.
If you’re still having problems you may need to call Sky to report it. Dial 150 free from your Sky Talk landline (if it’s still working).
This link providers information about the coloured lights on the various hubs
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
Its worth adding that for customers working from home remember that Sky Broadband is a domestic service so you won’t receive any extra or quicker support.
You would need to speak to Sky to see if they'll let you cancel penalty free when in a minimum term deal but the problem may move with you.

Re: No nothing
I've done it all, I just want to know can I come out of contract free due to poor service.
Every day I am having to reset the pucks as they don't come on unless I take power cable out then reset.
Now internet keeps dropping and getting worse to some days every 4 hours it just drops off and I have no TV as well as it streaming. It a joke and when you contact you have to go through all the reset process as they reading from script and guess what it works so they think they fixed it until next morning and when I turn it on no internet and TV until I go through all reset process again.
I know what to do when system goes down so please don't give me links or tell me what to do, I appreciate advice but I'm looking how to get out of contract without charge due to poor service from sky. What do I have to do so they can release me from this nightmare.
