No network have 2 days

No internet have two days.I have a new connection. Power LED is green on ONT, PON LED is off, LOS led flashes red. The bot doesn't help. I can't contact the office. Where and how can I apply?

Please can you send engineering staff to my house to check why I can't use the sky broadband network?Because it has been two days without network.

Howevercas it sounds like there is a line fault I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
