WiFi router box making high pitched noise

Anybody else having the problem of their sky WiFi router making a high pitched noise constantly? Tried restarting the box and it comes straight back on and tried speaking to the virtual bot and was just going round in circles with no answer. Does anybody know how I contact sky to get it replaced?
