No modum

I recently changed from Vodafone to Sky.   Vodafone went off today and I was supposed to have my sky modum by today to do the swap  over.   I work from home and was unable to today.  I have had to go to my sisters home to work now and will have to stay until Monday now so I can carry on working.   Sky promised my modem would be here by the switch over date.   When will I receive this now?

Hubs are delivered by Royal Mail and Sky aim for delivery a day or two before the activation date. 

 

For customers working from home remember that Sky Broadband is a domestic service so you won’t receive any extra or quicker support.
