No link to tablets or mobiles using given password

Cannot connect to mobiles or tablets using password, says it's invalid

@ChrisB5 first check that you are reading the password onnthe label correctly not for example reading the figure1 as the letter I which is very easy to do.

 

Assuming you are not you can reset your Sky hub by pressing and holding innthe reset pin on the black hubs or the WPS button on the white Sky Max hub until the power led flashes which wil take 10 to 20 seconds then release. Once the hub restarts it will be running with the settings from the factory when the password onnthe label will work.

 

If that works consider if somebody has changed the password without you knowing if tgat applies change both the Wifi and Admin passwords to something only you know see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password
