No light on router for internet.

So, i have come home to find i have no internet. 

Ive tried resetting router, hard resetting, nothing has worked. When i have checked the internet light is completely out and the voice light is amber. 

The wifi and power light are green. 

Ive also noticed the openreach box on my wall usually has lights on but this has none illuminated now.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
