No internett

I have been having problems for a week now, no Internet. It is saying I'm connected to WiFi without Internet I have followed the steps as you have advised in an attempt to rectify it but nothing has worked. It has been unplugged completely several time but no difference I have 3 green lights on the front of my box

@Suzylane  Which router do you have from the link below, follow from the router you have to what lights are on the router to the possible issues that you are having.

I've followed all instructions for my router that Sky have given, still no Internet
