No internet

Help. I work from home and have no internet connection. Last night it said there was a problem in the area, today saying my connection is the issue. The internet light is red on the router. I have already been through unplugging etc

@Angela74  When running the test did it give you the chance to book an egineer to come out and fix the fault you are having with your broadband?
