Re: No internet
We are customers here so the first thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area, it can be a bit slow at picking up issues so if nothing shows perhaps try it again later:
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
If nothing shows then try this line test:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Typically because there's an external fault on the broadband circuit: these aren't particularly robust and have multiple potential points of failure.

Re: No internet
Thank you very much for the advice. I've checked the network status several times and the test says everything is fine, but none of that has worked. I also restarted the router, unplugged the cable, and re-secured it, but the internet light is still solid amber. Since the issue persists, I will call technical support directly. I just wanted to check here to make sure I was following the right steps and to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue today.
