Just gone down in Neath, South Wales. Orange lights of doom on the router. What's the point in Sky offering a WiFi checker if it doesn't do the one thing it claims to?🙄

Mine came back on automatically after roughly 45 minutes. I dint think resetting helps as it seems to me like an update, so turning off is not really advised. Just sit tight and im sure it will come back on soon

Mine came back on temporarily and has dropped again. No WiFi & no Sky Glass TV as a result. Sky apl says WiFi is all connected fine - clearly not. Paying all this money for an unreliable service🫠

Ive had information back from sky saying its a problem outside of my property so it looks like an open reach problem

When there are any broadband issues between midnight and 7am it could be essential overnight maintenance taking place. It is carried out at those times to minimise disruption and there is no advance warning provided..
