No internet

I have recently had a sky hub delivered and activated however it still has no Internet. My master port appears to be an unbranded one rather than an openreach one, could this be the issue?

If you are a Sky Fibre customer did the installers not check that it was working before they left ?

 

Are the lights lit on the ONT ?

No it was one where they sent us the router and then it was activated remotely.

What lights are showing as lit on your broadband hub ?

If you activated date has past then try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
