Same here, Norwich area. Run the diagnostic test which says everything is ok, but still got an amber light on the router with no internet connection.

Went through the diagnostic, unplugged all the ethernet cables and replaced / reset and whether it was a coincidence or not, I've just got Internet back. Due to the number of outages in Norwich I'm guessing something else has been rectified.

Mine is now working....

Sky's service checker is definitely not working. It was clearly a local problem

@Megz if you have had to book an engineer yesterday Tuesday Openreach are not likely to do that until tomorrow Thursday so its pointless posting every few hours as it wont speed up the fix.. If the fault is not resolved by the end of Thursday then you start to accumulating compensation see Customer Auto-Compensation | Sky Help | Sky.com

My wifi working perfectly fine now wasnt working up until 6:30am

That would suggest it was maintenance taking place in your case.

Thank you for this advice. I did do all of those tests. I only asked a question as it was late in the night when I got home from work and phone lines closed for Sky. I spent an hour going round in circles & My Sky kept telling me there was nothing wrong. It all now looks good this morning and working again. So best advice received was they might be doing maintenance work. Shame they couldn't tell me that, I would have gone to bed a lot sooner 🙄

Mine working now too.  Shame they can't tell you they're doing maintenance. Instead of telling you all appears to be working well? It would have saved me a lot of time going round in circles trying to fix a problem that wasn't there.

@Jill01 That is the trouble, there is no way that sky would know if it was not them carrying out any work, and fessing up there is really not any ideal way of saying it's maintenance being done so leave it all alone back ok in the morning time!

Wonder if they were doing some sort of maintenance, cause seamed to be working fine by 6ish time for people getting up.

As you posted at 0341 it's worth pointing out that when there are issues between midnight and 7am it's quite possibly going to be essential overnight maintenance taking place which is carried out then to minimise disruption as most customers are asleep.
