No internet

Modem has lights but no connection and been without internet since monday

@Leighanne3 have you checked whether Sky arexaware of the outage? If you havent goninto the service checker in the My Sky app using a mobile connection if it diesn't tell you they know about yhe problem call them to report it as nothing will be done until you do.
