No internet

We have taken out a new contract with you. We were told activation would take place on Wednesday 6th August 2025 and after many Lengthy phone calls no internet at all despite promises. One operator even cut the call. No help what so ever from sky. We are considering cancelling the contract as this awful. We have two elderly disabled parents living with us who need the phone and we have no connection. It is now Saturday 9th August and NOTHING.
