Broadband

On my screen it telling me 

It looks like you have no Internet connection right now 

If you changed password or router you need to reconnect 

Go to setting and reset 

I've done that several times and got nowhere

No-one here can tell you that, and Sky won't either.  If you've changed it from the one printed on the physical label then you'd have to carry out a factory reset to restore it.
