No internet

I have lost internet connection in my  whole flat from my WiFi over the past 8hours(since 21/07/2025 at about 1700). I have requested for an engineer on the help page since than. Can you kindly fast track the process. Thank you

@Adams_fire  No one here or at Sky can fast track a broadband fault repair, your on a Domestic service with the SLA that carries. 

 

Faults are aimed to be resolved within 2 working days from being reported .

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
