No internet

The online checker shows that there are no issues, but I have no internet connection at all. I reported this on Sunday 1st June and it was said that an engineer would fix the issue externally, but now this is not showing on the app

If you reported this issue to Sky then Openreach sim to respond to such issues with a few working days so yesterday will be day one so if you want an update you will need to call Sky for an update.
