No internet

Hello, I’m having an issue with my internet connection. The internet light on my modem is not active, and I don’t have any WiFi connection at the moment. I am not a new customer. I have been using SkY broadband for a long time and this is the first time I have experienced such a problem Could you please help me? Best,
