Hi my internet seems to be dropping not able to connect to devices

I'm having same issues.am told no issues in my area so why isn't Internet connecting

Mine is exact same. Been like it for weeks. Everyday is the same issue. No issue in my area and connections are fine apparently. But obviously not!
