No internet
The wire outside of my property was taken down by a tree due to the wind on 07/12/24 multiple calls to yourselves and it's still not back up and running. You have no care or consideration when I call for updates. All you tell me is we can't contact open reach and nor can you as the customer.
I've explained I have an autistic child at home that has a routine film to watch and how this is causing an upset.
You still inform me there is nothing you can do "we have to wait"

Unfortunately both those statements are correct. Openreach is not a public facing company and has intentionally limited communication channels with its client ISPs, intended to prevent BT from leveraging a competitive advantage through BT Group still owning Openreach Ltd.
