Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Kenn2 if the hub is showing it has lost its connection log into the Service Checker in the My Sky app overca mogile connection to see if it tells you Sky are aware of a fault affecting your line if it doesnt call Sky to report the fault.
