@Michellenell thst is a very common issue in many houses where the layout and type of construction means a single wifi source cannot provide usable wifi in every room. The solution is multiple wifi sources assuming the hub cannot be movedcto a better position.

 

Sky sell an add-on called WiFi Max tgat offers up to 3 wifi extenderscif speeds do not reach a guaranteed speedcin everybroom see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max alternatively you can buy your own equipment to use in place of Sky's WiFi if you prefer.
