No internet

Hi there. My Internet keeps dropping out. I've ran the checks and it says it looks good but it's currently not working

@Suzziep  Can you run the service checker again and if it is still saying all good can you click on the broadband tab and run a more up to date broadband test please to see if it can find the external fault.
