No internet

Have had my hub installed today, power is on and WiFi is on both showing green lights but the internet light is flashing orange periodically with no connection. I've tried a broadband test and apparently everything is fine but I'm pulling my hair out over here trying to sort this out, didn't have any issues like this with previous suppliers.

@Mc998 if your line is still not working this morning call Sky and report the issue they should have receivedcan update from Openreach overnight.
