@Abel12 if you want help,from forum members you will have to post some details.

 

However if the internet light on your hub is amber or red log into the My Sky app using a mobile connection and run the connection test - ignore the initial result displayed which shows the last automatic test - and it will tell you if there is a known issue if tgere isnt call Skyband report the fault.
