No internet

3rd day running on no internet , says problem in local area , how long does this usually take to fix , have to work from home , sky dont answer the phone !

@Donnamf  If this is an area wide outage it will be down to Openreach to fix the network issue. As for timescale that is something that is out of the hands of the ISPs.
