No internet

Internet light on sky box is not on while power and wifi is. Already tried to reset but it has not helped

I'm also having the same problem tonight. I have reset the box and done the online test and it says it's all working - but it's not!

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

@KAW1993 & @Claire146 if your connection is still down go into the My Sky app and clock to run the test do not rely on the displayed result whivh will be from the last routine test as it can tell you if Sky are aware of the fault. If it doesnt call Sky and report your issue.
