No internet light or voice light

tried turning on and off and resetting

Yet the sky check says all is okay

how do I report to Sky / get help

@EmilyM73 Sky lines should be opening now so if your line is still down give them a call. In fururecwhen checking the app click to run the test as the result that showed is from the last routine test when your liinexwas working.
