Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Mummyminions If you have the new white Hub6 it has been reported before that the My Sky doesnt pick up devices correctly if the wifi log on details have been changed. This appears to be a bug in the app
if you want to see a list of devices log into the hub's web interface by typing 192.168.0.1 into a browser you will becasked to log in the user is admin and the password is the default wifi password and go to connected devices wherecthere is a list of both active and inactive devices.
