no connection says I have a problem with my WiFi then when I run the tests says it's ok but cannot connect to my devices says no internet ???

@Gina7 if you run the test as opposed to reading the result of the last routine test it msy tell you if there is a known issue in your area. If it doesnt tgencall Sky and report it. However given the thundestorms in some areas last night lines could be busy.
