Find out more@Gasman5 depending on which Sky box you have but on Sky Q or SkyHD+ press the wps button until it starts flashing then do thecsame on your new hub - on the newer upright type of hub the wps button can be hard to see but it is onnthe right hsnd edge. On the latest Sky Stream pucks go into network settings go right to rest the connection and follow the instructions on screen for Sky broadbsnd.

Hey, thanks for your answer, I have tried that several times now and it's not worked. I have a sky Q box and it's wired directly into my new max router so I have tried to connect via the wired option but that says "no IP address obtained" it does say I may need to remove the rubber cover on the rear of this box but I don't see that

Try rebooting the Hub waiting until that is back up with a white light then rebooting the Q box. If it stillwont pick up an IP,address check the ethernet cable is not faulty - they do break - if still stuck call Sky as you msy have a dodgy unit.
